The president-themed restaurant chain “Trump Burger” has opened its fourth location in Mid-West Houston and began serving the public on April 19.
The restaurant, located at 3410 Chimney Rock Road, is open from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. daily and offers an array of items from burgers and fries to chicken sandwiches, Philly cheesesteaks, and wings. A popular menu item includes the namesake Trump Burger, branded with the name “TRUMP” across every bun.
“A burger so great, so tremendous, it should have its own skyscraper!” the description of the item reads.
Other menu items include the double patty Trump Tower, the Ivanka Burger, the Trump Jr. Chicken Tenders, and the Kamala Burger, which is priced at $50.99.
The description of the Kamala Burger reads, “Not available for cheating reasons!”
The owner of Trump Burger, Roland Beainy, is no stranger to the restaurant industry. An immigrant of Lebanese descent, Beainy has over 20 years of experience in food service and owns other restaurants in places such as Lebanon and Dubai.
Beainy says he opened the restaurant out of admiration for President Trump, specifically Trump’s efforts to promote the economy. Beainy saw Trump Burger as a business opportunity, as well as a chance for both MAGA supporters and opposers to put away their differences and come together over food.
“Food makes peace with everybody,” Beainy told the Houston Chronicle in an interview.
The new location’s street-facing signage reads “Trump Burger H-Town” in capitalized, red letters. The interior decor is patriotic red, white and blue themed with picture-ready cardboard cutouts of the restaurant’s namesake and all manner of Trump and MAGA merchandise available for sale.
