As Houston moves into the new year, job seekers across the Houston area will have multiple chances to connect with hiring employers on Jan. 29. A series of in-person career fairs provide opportunities for candidates looking for roles across technology, healthcare, customer service, finance and more.
To give Houstonians a heads-up, here are a few events with their links currently active in the hiring activity for the 2026 Houston Career Fair.
Nationwide Career Fairs will host a fair from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Westin Galleria in Downtown Houston. Hiring managers from local employers and national companies with openings in engineering, financial services, education, project management and more are expected to attend the fair. Set right across from the Houston Galleria where Nationwide Career Fair would host their event, Career Fair Connection would be hosting an event from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Hyatt Regency Houston/Galleria. This fair brings together recruitment teams from sectors including government, manufacturing, accounting, customer service, IT job opportunities and so much more. A third and fourth event will be hosted by Gulf Coast Workforce Solutions. These two events will be in-person job fairs but in separate locations on the same day. Their earliest fair will occur from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Interactive College of Technology; the event sets up employers hiring and connecting with jobseekers in childcare, education, logistics, food service and more.
Their second event, Eastern CCTV-ENT Security Job Fair, happens from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Workforce Solutions-Southwest, providing security job opportunities involved in monitoring, installing, maintaining surveillance systems and much more.
